ドリッパー新しいの来たし、教えてもらった浅煎りコーヒーの入れ方をPeet'sで練習してる。お湯を勢い良く注ぐと多く入りすぎちゃうんだよね。これまでよりもコクが増した気がしなくもない。明日はフルッタメルカドンで本番に挑戦してみようかねえ。
