Today I discovered that not only is July #Disability Pride Month but also that we have a flag. It is so well done and extremely meaningful. It was created by Ann Magill, a disabled writer.

Dzień dobry!

Przedstawiam się po raz kolejny, bo tutaj migracja między instancjami ciągle ubija wszystkie poprzednie posty. Przyszłam stąd https://mastodon.social/@adamczyk i ciągle tam różne rzeczy wiszą, jak ktoś lubi archeologię, to zapraszam.

Niezmiennie lewaczka z doświadczeniem Razemu, ale od dawna jestem raczej po stronie bezpartyjnego szitpostingu. Poza tym magisterka inżynierka mechaniczka i budownicza maszyn, doktorka nauk o Ziemi, obecnie korpo konsultantka od danych i uczenia maszynowego. Ale zajmowałam się w życiu bardzo różnymi rzeczami, projektowałam i budowałam satelitę, obsługiwałam infolinię Telepizzy, uczyłam dzieci jeździć konno, napisałam artykuł, przez który urzędnik z MSZ stracił pracę (bo go zaszerował na fb). Najbardziej chciałabym hodować alpaki i pisać książki dla dzieci.

Jestem grubą i starą babą (37l.), pół życia leczę się psychiatrycznie i bardzo intensywnie pracuję nad tym, żeby się tego wszystkiego nie wstydzić, ostatnio chyba idzie całkiem nieźle. Leczę się z depresji, w dodatku Polska Akademia Nauk wypluła mnie z siebie z zaawansowanym #PTSD, a niedawno mój pan doktor zdiagnozował mi też #ADHD, więc mam dużo przygód nawet w najbardziej banalnych okolicznościach przyrody.

Poza tym od zawsze ostry feminazizm, pracę maturalną z polskiego pisałam o Virginii Woolf. Nie dyskutuję z fanbojami Konfederacji, katotalibanem, antyszczepionkową szurią i terfiarstwem, bo mi na to szkoda czasu i zdrowia.

Mimo usilnych starań zarażenia się homopropagandą wciąż upiornie cis i hetero.

I'm a patient. I did my homework before hand. You can read plenty on "stellate ganglion block" and "ptsd" on Google scholar. It's use for anxiety is cutting edge but there is evidence there as well.

Note: insurance doesn't tend to cover this procedure for anxiety/PTSD. Costs can vary between $500-$1500 per side. Many people only need one side not two.
