For #WindowFriday, I offer you:
The Red Green Show Along SS52 — Window
A beautifully dilapidated building—one of many old road houses for road workers—in Italy. This one sat on the outside of a hairpin curve, with practically no place to park (it was built when cars weren’t a big thing), in a remote area far from any hint of civilization.
Click to embiggen and see all the wonderful detail.
There’s more yum at #BreitensteinArt
This window for #FensterFreitag is in a fifteenth century farmhouse building at Manor Farm Country Park, Hampshire, presently decorated as it would have been when lived in during World War II.
Window in the ticket office of Toledo's train station.
Window in the Casting Hall, John Taylor & Co., Bellfounders, Loughborough, May 2023.
Rosita's Window - Roma Texas by Debra Martz AKA Ramirez Hall (Rosita's Cantina)
As with most two story structures, the upstairs was used as residential and downstairs as a business. This building was used as the fictitious Rosita's Cantina in the 1950s film "Viva Zapata".
Located in the historic district of Roma, Texas.
