Mastodon's Android app is now at 43,362 installs, getting us ever so closer to making us tip over from that "10,000+" text on the Play Store to "50,000+"

May I remind you that our Android app's development began in January. The speed at which it reached its current state is phenomenal. @grishka and @samhenrigold did a phenomenal job.
