I have posted a few fogbows previously featuring the Cradle Mountain too. This one is more minimalist with only a tree and some layers.

Beautiful day with a 1970s vibe.

For #MountainMonday I have one of my favourite mountains in the #FraserValley of #BritishColumbia - Silver Lake. Hope Mountain is often reflected in Silver Lake here, and makes for a nice spot to visit.

I've been hanging out in a super cool (well, it's actually very hot) forest of Carnegiea gigantea (saguaro)--and they are blooming!

"The Sound of Rain", Scotland (2024).
From an early morning scout down on a loch shore, I initially went to see what these small ponds would look like facing in the complete other direction. When I approached on foot, I came over a small crest and was suddenly presented with gorgeous glowing light, the sound of soft rain on the water's surface, a perfectly framed mountain, and a fragment of ancient woodland.
Spring in Dentdale.
Desert sentinels.
Something brand new, the tree and ravens were captured in the highlands of Falls Creek here in Australia. We have very chaotic forests which means the fog is quite vital to making a clear composition. The ravens were captured in nearby trees as there are many found in this area, just not where you want them =P

For #MountainMonday I have a rather old photograph I made way back in 2011. The lesson from this one was to wait until the sunset is absolutely, positively, finished before heading back to the car. This one may have involved some running. :)
Another nice canyon country fin (4/23/2024).
A stormy day at Milford Sound in New Zealand

Hey everyone! I'm hoping to pool some community knowledge and get recommendations for more creatives to follow!
I'm interested in naturalistic (not AI) #landscape and #nature #photography, #storytelling, #conservation, and #blackandwhite. Drop your suggestions down below; if we build up a good list I'll pin this to my profile for people to view as a resource.
Shout out to @geoff_eg for the great idea.
