弊ぼっちちょくちょくメモリもりもりで落ちてるのでMAX_THREADSを3から2に減らすね

スレッド数を減らした(中央の縦線)前後でメモリの利用量にあまり変化はない。メディアを受け取って一瞬でメモリもりもりになってるんだねえ。スレッド数は元に戻しとこっと。

最近1時間のPuma+Sidekiqコンテナのメモリ利用量の変化。青はRSS、緑はスワップ。合計1GBを越えると停止される。
